RIDGE VIEW COMMONS UPDATE <br />MARCH 2019 <br />• Apartment Turnover <br />After a slow 2018, 2019 has broken loose with a flurry of 30 — Day Notices and <br />transfers. The turnover trend continues for the month of March. We had two (2) <br />move out, and five (5) move in. <br />• Quarterly Fire and Sprinkler Alarm Testing <br />Cal Building systems performed the quarterly test of the fire and sprinkler alarm <br />systems in all buildings on the complex. They found twelve (12) sprinkler heads <br />and escutcheons in the kitchen needed replacement, due to rust. They also found <br />five (5) expired pressure gauges that will also need to be replaced. No other <br />deficiencies were found. <br />• LIHTC Spectrum Report <br />The LIHTC Spectrum report was completed and submitted in March. Every two <br />years the Tax Credit Allocation Committee requires all rent and tenant information <br />be uploaded to the Spectrum Enterprise website for compliance purposes. <br />• RVC Landscape <br />Allied Landscape spread 91 cubic yards of mulch across campus. This is a perfect <br />time of year to install mulch, with the recent rains we can preserve the moisture in <br />the soil by top dressing the planter beds. It also acts as a weed barrier and results <br />in the use of less chemicals and labor on weed control. By adding mulch, we will <br />also reduce trip hazards throughout the community. <br />
