Councilmember Brown suggested requesting that they work together on future plans. Discussion followed regarding trash enclosures and requirements for trash enclosures. Director of Community Development Beaudin confirmed there will be a condition of approval encouraging the parties to confer regarding expansion of the parking lot. Planning Manager Clark noted there is a condition in the St. Clare's Master Plan approval that speaks to expansion of the parking lot and requiring an agreement before they embark on Phase 2 of their Master Plan. It they want to proceed with Phase 2, they would have to appear before the City. P16-0288 and P16-1883 and as amended.
