Director of <br /> Community Development Beaudin confirmed there will be a condition of approval encouraging the <br /> parties to confer regarding expansion of the parking lot. Planning Manager Clark noted there is a <br /> condition in the St. Clare's Master Plan approval that speaks to expansion of the parking lot and <br /> requiring an agreement before they embark on Phase 2 of their Master Plan. It they want to <br /> proceed with Phase 2, they would have to appear before the City. Director of Community <br /> Development Beaudin added the challenge would be to add sufficient parking to facilitate Phase 2 <br /> with the land that is available. <br /> Councilmember Pentin stated he is not comfortable tying the Chabad with St. Clare's Master Plan. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Narum/Pentin to adopt and waive full reading of Resolution No. 19-1077 <br /> denying the appeals of Michael and Darlene Miller, and Chabad of the Tri-Valley thereby <br /> upholding the Planning Commission approval of a Conditional Use Permit and Design Review for <br /> Chabad of the Tri-Valley located at 3370 Hopyard Road, as filed under Case Nos. P16-0288 and <br /> P16-1883 and as amended.
