• 4- Federal Signal COM1200-SQ/ RD 12 vdc floodlights will be provided and installed at the front and rear of the body as follows: (2)on the streetside and (2)on the curbside. Lights to be positioned to illuminate the cargo area. Miscellaneous Items: • A Vanair Tool Lift with tether control will be provided an installed in the right side rear section of the second vertical compartment. • Two (2)cone holders installed on the front bumper. • Provisions for a Tamper Machine installation at the driver's side at the rear of the truck in the tailshelf area. • A Pro-Visions TV-950 camera system will be provided and installed. Includes a 9" quad monitor and three night vision cameras. One camera at the rear and one on each side of the cab. • Two (2) removable steps — (beverage truck style), will be provided and installed To be located on the left and right sides under the body at the rear wheels • Two (2) pull out style steps will be provided and installed. To be located on the left and right sides under the front compartment To be reviewed and discussed at the Pre-Construction Meeting. • Two pull out lockable drawers will be provided and installed. To be located one (1) on the left side and one (1) on the right side of the truck directly ahead of the rear wheels and under the second front compartment. • A spring retractable gas welding hose reel with 25 feet of oxy! ace hose will be provided and installed in the curbside second compartment • A plywood rack capable of holding 3 sheets of 1 1/8 plywood will be installed at the front of the body. Pre-Construction Meeting: Customer(s) visits facility to inspect the chassis. body and equipment. All surfaces to be acid etched, cleaned of rust, grease, oil, dirt, millscale, prior to the prime coat of paint. All exterior and interior surfaces coated with minimum two coats of metal primer Body exterior painted with minimum two coats paint to match cab.
