Air Hose Reels and Supply Lines • An air hose reel with 50 feet of.75 hose will be provided and installed at the rear of the truck under the tailshelf and connected to the air compressor. • An air hose reel with 50 feet of 50 hose and a spring return will be provided and installed The location will be determined at the Pre-Construction Meeting. • An adjustable regulator wl oiler and filter will be provided and installed in the curbside front compartment. Water Tank and Associated Equipment: • A 50 gallon non-potable water tank will be provided and installed at the front of the cargo area. The tank will be constructed of polypropylene and include a MC 4 electronic leael gauge. • • A Shurflo 4048-153-A75,4-5 gpm 12 VDC pump will be provided and installed. • A hose reel with spring rewind and 25 feet of 1/2"water hose and nozzle will be provided and connected to the water pump. The reel will be installed at the streetside rear of the truck under the tailshelf. A fairlead will be provided for deployment of the hose. 110/ 120 vac system: • Four (4) 110 VAC duplex GFI outlets to be hard-wired with min. 10awg size. or as dictated by generator output. To be installed (1) in the driver's side front compartment for a microwave oven, (2) at the rear of the body on the left and right sides, and one (1) located inside the curbside horizontal compartment. • A cord reel with a duplex outlet will be provided and installed at the rear of the truck under the tailshelf. The cord reel will feature a spring return mechanism and be accessible through the rear tailshelf. • A Xantrex Prosine 1800 watt inverter will be installed in the front curbside compartment. The inverter will be connected to the auxiliary battery and include a remote interface panel mounted in the cab. The location is to be reviewed and discussed during the Pre-Construction Meeting. • An Isobar (Tripp-Lite) 8 outlet power strip for tool battery charging will be connected to the inverter and installed in the front streetside compartment. The location is to be reviewed and discussed during the Pre-Construction Meeting • A Honda EU 3000is 3000 watt gas generator will be provided and installed in the lower portion of the front driver's side compartment. Note not connected. 12 VDC components: • A deep cycle battery will be provided and installed in the front streetside compartment. • A Sure Power 1314-200 amp battery separator will be provided and installed • 12 Volt spotlights will be installed on the tip of the crane boom. • 4 —Whelen PCPSM2C flood/spotlights with CP housings. Installed as follows: 2 recessed on the driver's upper side of the body, 2 recessed on the passenger's upper side of the body. Controlled by switches inside the cab. • 2—Whelen PCPSM1C flood/ spotlights installed at the rear of the body on the left and right sides • Eight (8)Whelen ION T-Series amber warning lights installed as follows: (2) on the cab grille, (2)on the left upper body side, (2) on the right upper body side, and (2) installed at the rear of the body on the left and right sides. Controlled by a switch inside the cab. • A 360 degree amber rotating beacon will be provided and installed at the front of the body. • Page 12
