Presentation of a proclamation declaring March 6, 2019 World Lymphedema Day <br /> Councilmember Testa invited Sarah Brunskill forward and on behalf of the City Council, presented <br /> her with a proclamation declaring March 6, 2019 World Lymphedema Day. <br /> Sarah Brunskill shared that her son was born with lymphedema, noted challenges with insurance <br /> companies relative to necessary garments needed in treating the rare disease, and thanked the <br /> City Council for its support. <br /> 9.
