BACKGROUND <br /> The Operations Services Department entered into an as-needed contract with <br /> Morgenroth Development in July 2015. An annual work plan is established based on the <br /> the 20-year Repair and Replacement Plan. Projects range from interior and exterior <br /> facility painting to HVAC replacement to remodeling and renovating City owned <br /> facilities. Due to limited internal resources, staff has relied on as-needed contractors <br /> such as Morgenroth Development to complete work plan projects. There are two (2) <br /> remaining remodel/renovation projects to be completed this Fiscal Year that will require <br /> the amendment to Morgenroth Development's existing contract (200 Old Bernal offices <br /> and 123 Main St restrooms).
