milling and paving was billed to the $600,000 transferred to the project from the Streets <br /> General Fund Reserve. It is recommended to return the remaining balance of $281,827 <br /> to the Streets General Fund Reserve. <br /> Ranger expenditures are summarized in Attachment 1. A total $16,801,233 was <br /> expended, including $1,073,076 of non-eligible loan and grant work, leaving a total of <br /> $15,728,156 that can be billed to the loan and grant. The City has submitted and <br /> received full payment on $14,863,994 of Ranger's work from the SWRCB, and is in the <br /> process of submitting an invoice for the remaining work completed by Ranger. <br /> The second phase of work, the installation of the Ken Mercer Sports Park booster pump <br /> station, is being completed by GSE with anticipated completion in spring 2019. SWRCB <br /> authorized the reimbursement of the second phase expenditures, utilizing the remaining <br /> loan and grant balances not expended under the Ranger contract. The existing <br /> contracts with the consultants were utilized for the second phase of the project and will <br /> be included in the GSE project closeout. During the first phase of the project, the <br /> consultants utilized $834,585 of the anticipated $1 ,092,865 expenditure.
