The existing residence on-site is proposed to remain and be converted to an <br /> Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The proposed home will be set back a considerable <br /> distance (i.e., 174 feet) from the front property line and maintain generous setbacks on <br /> the remaining sides (see Attachment 2a, Exhibit B- Project Plans).
