The existing internal drive aisle <br /> from the project site to the adjoining site to the south would be removed. As noted, the <br /> southernmost drive aisle that currently accesses the 7-Eleven property would be <br /> removed/ consolidated with the entry to the Shell station, resulting in a total of two, rather <br /> than three driveways along Hopyard Road. <br /> Proposed Structures and Use <br /> Convenience Store: The convenience store is proposed as a triangular "home-plate" <br /> design, with the front face of the building oriented northeast, towards the Hopyard/West <br /> Last Positas intersection.
