However, inclusion also means existing City sites have been evaluated for <br />compliance with California Title 24 and ADA 2010 Standards for Accessible Design <br />requirements, and that a phased retrofit plan (known as a Transition Plan) has been <br />prepared. The City prepared a Transition Plan in 2004 and updated it in 2008.
