• Improvements to Dublin Canyon Road at the project entrance are required and <br />proposed, including: <br />o Eastbound right-turn/deceleration lane into the project site, an eastbound <br />acceleration lane out of the project site, and a westbound left -turn lane into the <br />project site; and <br />o Extension of the existing bike lanes (2 -foot bike lane buffer with a 6 -foot wide <br />bike lane) along and widening the bridge on Dublin Canyon Road near the <br />project entrance. <br />Figure 3: Urban Growth Boundary (UBG) and Proposed Development Layout <br />UGB " t <br />EBRPD Open Space and Staging Area <br />The project includes dedication of land and construction of a new publicly -accessible staging <br />area for the EBRPD (please refer to Figures 4 and 5). The staging area is proposed to be set <br />back approximately 1,477 feet (approximately'/4-mile) from Dublin Canyon Road and would <br />include a paved parking area with approximately 36 automobile spaces, as well as four <br />pull-through spaces for vehicles with horse trailers; a vault restroom, water fountain and horse <br />trough would also be provided (See Figure 5).
