softball league play/incidents at the request of the League Director. <br /> 10.The umpires used by the Contractor must conduct pre-game meetings with the <br /> respective team managers.The content of the meeting will be agreed upon in <br /> advance between the League Director and Head Umpire and may vary from season <br /> to season. <br /> Ii.The umpires used by the Contractor may not perform maintenance to the fields, <br /> without prior approval from the League Director. <br /> 12.The Contractor must avoid the perception of a conflict of interest. <br /> 13. In the event of a player,team, or spectator misbehavior(i.e. fights,verbal <br /> confrontation,ejection,game cancellation/forfeiture due to unsportsmanlike <br /> conduct,etc.),the umpire must submit a comprehensive written report <br /> summarizing the incident prior to leaving the Ken Mercer Sports Park Softball <br /> Complex and submit the document to the on-site City employee. <br /> o Should the League Director need additional information regarding the <br /> incident,the Contractor must acquire and submit the clarifying response(s) <br /> within 24 hours of request. <br /> 6 <br />
