FOR TRACT 8257 (MERIDIAN AT IRONWOOD) <br /> LOCATED AT 3430, 3440, AND 3450 CORNERSTONE COURT <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Tract 8257 created 25 single-family home lots and five open space lots on an <br /> approximately 4.2-acre site located at 3430, 3440, and 3450 Cornerstone Court. The <br /> property is located as shown on Attachment 1. All public improvements have been <br /> constructed and are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept the public improvements constructed with Tract 8257 for normal <br /> maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public <br /> improvements. Tax revenue generally covers the increased cost to provide services and <br /> maintain infrastructure. <br />
