Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute fourth amendment to professional services <br /> agreement with Jarvis. Fay & Gibson in the amount of $100,000 for legal services and payment to <br /> Environmental Science Associates for the Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone <br /> supplemental environmental study: increases in the professional services budget by $200,000 <br /> and the reimbursement revenue budget by $100,000; and the reduction of general fund <br /> contingency by $100,000 <br /> City Manager <br /> 2.
