Commissioner Kiziloglu requested information about Coordinate Entry training that Abode Staff <br />is receiving so participants in the program will receive correct information. <br />Commissioner Galvin had questions regarding a referral he had sent to Abode and Mr. <br />Hernandez. Mr. Guel commented on Release of Information requirements that would allow for <br />Abode to provide information to Mr. Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez indicated he would discuss with <br />Mr. Mr. Guel and provide information to Commissioner Galvin. <br />Commissioner Kiziloglu felt the City Council 2019-2020 Two -Year Work Plan Prioritization <br />Process had come about at a good time because she has a lot of questions. Chairperson Soby <br />indicated that he believes things are taking place that will begin to pull a number of items <br />together. <br />9. Update Regarding the Housing and Human Services Grant (HHSG) Review Process for <br />FY 2019/20 <br />Mr. Hernandez provided information about the Housing and Human Services (HHSG) Review <br />Process for 2019/20 advising that the Commission will consider funding requests at the March <br />21, 2019 meeting and the Commissions' recommendations will be forwarded to City Council for <br />them to consider at a meeting in April. He advised that a total of twenty-seven (27) applications <br />were received, and six (6) applications have been received in the Housing category for the <br />Commission to review and make recommendations. <br />Commissioner Kiziloglu indicated that she would not be able to support requests for any of the <br />agencies that are coming back requesting funds. Chairperson Soby suggested this be a topic of <br />discussion at the next meeting. <br />Commissioner Galvin requested staff provide the Commission with a flow chart to help them <br />better understand the application requests. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION <br />None <br />COMMISSION REPORTS <br />None. <br />FUTURE MEETING AGENDAS <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m. by unanimous consent. <br />Page - 7 - <br />
