Commissioner Kiziloglu requested information about Coordinate Entry training that Abode Staff is receiving so participants in the program will receive correct information. Commissioner Galvin had questions regarding a referral he had sent to Abode and Mr. Hernandez. Mr. Guel commented on Release of Information requirements that would allow for Abode to provide information to Mr. Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez indicated he would discuss with Mr. Mr. Guel and provide information to Commissioner Galvin. Commissioner Kiziloglu felt the City Council 2019-2020 Two -Year Work Plan Prioritization Process had come about at a good time because she has a lot of questions. Chairperson Soby indicated that he believes things are taking place that will begin to pull a number of items together. 9. Update Regarding the Housing and Human Services Grant (HHSG) Review Process for FY 2019/20 Mr. Hernandez provided information about the Housing and Human Services (HHSG) Review Process for 2019/20 advising that the Commission will consider funding requests at the March 21, 2019 meeting and the Commissions' recommendations will be forwarded to City Council for them to consider at a meeting in April. He advised that a total of twenty-seven (27) applications were received, and six (6) applications have been received in the Housing category for the Commission to review and make recommendations. Commissioner Kiziloglu indicated that she would not be able to support requests for any of the agencies that are coming back requesting funds. Chairperson Soby suggested this be a topic of discussion at the next meeting. Commissioner Galvin requested staff provide the Commission with a flow chart to help them better understand the application requests.
