Other brief reports on any meetings, conferences, and/or seminars <br /> attended by the Commission members. <br /> Commissioner Fields asked about members of the Commission being able to <br /> participate in the CPRS tour. Commissioner Wahl provided information about the <br /> tour she and other Commissioners had taken a few years ago. <br /> Ms. Murphy advised that the tour will take place March 19, 2019 in Sacramento. <br /> Commissioners interested in participating should email her to advise. <br /> COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> Commissioner Hekl inquired as to whether members of the Commission should <br /> attend the March 12, 2019 City Council 2019-2020 Two-Year Work Plan Prioritization <br /> Process meeting. Ms. Murphy advised that members of the Commission are <br /> welcome to attend the meeting and many community members will also be attending <br /> the meeting. Commissioner Fields felt all members of the Commission should attend. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> 9. Schedule of Upcoming Meetings and Events of Interest <br /> The schedule was reviewed and Ms. Murphy advised that agendas for the next few <br /> meetings would be quite busy. <br /> Mr. Stewart advised that new equipment for the Hansen Playground has been <br /> delivered and staff is waiting for the rains to stop so it can be installed. Also, the <br /> two-year budget will be included in the CIP. <br /> Chairperson Bowers asked that Mr. Stewart email the Commission if the equipment is <br /> installed prior to the next Commission meeting. <br /> Mr. Gruber advised that a tot lot is to be added at the Valley Trails Park and an email <br /> with information will be sent to Commissioners. <br /> FUTURE AGENDA TOPICS <br /> A.
