IEDA is <br /> qualified to provide these services. This agreement with IEDA in the amount of <br /> $184,896 allows for this expertise through December 31, 2021. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement <br /> with IEDA in the amount of$184,896 through December 31, 2021 to provide services <br /> related to the collective bargaining process, employment conditions and employer- <br /> employee relations. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The cost of this contract is $184,896 through December 31, 2021. Funding will be <br /> provided through the City's annual budget. <br />
