Chapter 459, Statutes of 2018 <br /> This measure decriminalizes sidewalk vending and establishes various requirements for <br /> local regulation of sidewalk vendors. This measure prohibits a city, county, or city and <br /> county from regulating sidewalk vendors, except in accordance with the provisions of <br /> the bill. This measure applies to a charter or general law city, county, or city and <br /> county. <br /> SB 1035 (Jackson) General Plans. <br /> Chapter 733, Statutes of 2018 <br /> This measure requires a city, county, or city and county to revise the safety element to <br /> identify new information on fire hazards, flood hazards, and climate adaptation and <br /> resiliency strategies applicable to the city, county, or city and county that was not <br /> available during the previous revision of the safety element. This measure also requires <br /> this revision to occur upon each revision of the housing element or local hazard <br /> mitigation plan (LHMP), but not less than every eight years. <br /> SB 1202 (Stone) Land Use.
