13. Amplified sound (including but not limited to music and voice) taking place in the <br /> outdoor terrace area is allowed twice a year for any two of the 15 outdoor <br /> activiities/events and shall begin no earlier than 10 a.m. and end no later than 8 p.m. If <br /> amplified c amplification is used, speakers shall be directed away from adjoining <br /> residential uses immediately to the north. <br /> 14. All exterior doors and windows on the north side of the existing buildng remain closed <br /> during the daycare's operating hours. <br /> 15. The kitchen on the premises may only be used for the Chabad's functions, as stated in <br /> the narrative dated "Received January 8, 2018," on file with the Planning Division. The <br /> kitchen at the existing building shall not be rented for use by another user such as a <br /> catering company. <br /> 16. Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall submit a full-sized scalable floor plan, prepared by a <br /> licensed professional, to the Building and Safety Division as part of the building permit <br /> plan check review and permitting process. Said plan shall provide all information <br /> determined necessary by the Building and Safety Division for review of the building <br /> permit including, but not limited to the use of each room, dimensions of rooms and <br /> hallways, proposed partition details, window sizes and types, etc. Said plans shall be <br /> subject to review and approval by the Director of Community Development and Chief <br /> Building Official prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> 17. Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall submit a revised site/landscape plan to accurately and <br /> consistently identify and show the following. Plans sheets shall be consistent with each <br /> other and with other plans required as conditions of approval of this project: <br /> a. property lines and dimensions <br /> b. existing building dimensions <br /> c. location of existing ADA parking stalls <br /> d. location of the existing storage sheds <br /> e. outdoor activity/terrace area dimensions <br /> 18. The landscape plan shall be revised to include the plant palette corresponding with the <br /> planting shown in the plan. In addition, the final site and/or landscape plan shall indicate <br /> the alignment and material of the proposed pathway connecting the existing building to <br /> the sidewalk on Hopyard Road. The proposed landscape/irrigation and pathway shall <br /> be installed prior to the operation of the childcare/preschool. <br /> 19. Chabad of the Tri-Valley shall submit plans showing the proposed new windows <br /> (window style, window trim, operation, dimensions, etc.) on the north elevation, subject <br /> to review and approval by the Director of Community Development prior to issuance of <br /> a building permit for interior or exterior improvements.
