C. Vesting Schedule for Employees Hired Before January 21, 2009 <br /> 1. Service Retirement <br /> For all employees who retire via a service retirement from the City of <br /> Pleasanton, the City shall pay four percent (4%) for each year of service of the <br /> City's contribution toward the monthly premium for employee and one <br /> dependent. <br /> For all service retirements the formula accelerates beginning with 10 years of <br /> service as illustrated below: <br /> Years of Service City's Contribution <br /> 10 75% <br /> 15 80% <br /> 20 90% <br /> 25 + years of service 100% <br /> 2.
