AND BRIGHTVIEW LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC. FOR <br /> PARCEL MAP 10820 LOCATED AT 5934 GIBRALTAR DRIVE AND <br /> 4696/4698 WILLOW ROAD <br /> SUMMARY <br /> Parcel Map 10820 created two commercial parcels on an approximately 5.6-acre site <br /> located at 5934 Gibraltar Drive and 4696/4698 Willow Road. The property is located as <br /> shown on Attachment 1. All public improvements have been constructed and are ready <br /> for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Accept the public improvements constructed with Parcel Map 10820 for normal <br /> maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public <br /> improvements. Tax revenue generally covers the increased cost to provide services and <br /> maintain infrastructure. <br />
