Increase of $16,800 for installation of 105 linear feet of concrete median curb and <br /> 500 square feet of Class II aggregate base for future cobblestone on Valley Avenue <br /> at the old railway crossing south of Boulder Street. Increase of$29,864 for replacement of existing concrete walkway and fence to <br /> meet ADA compliance, and compensation for the delay costs resulting from <br /> changes in field conditions, which required field adjustments and changes to be <br /> made by the Engineer. <br /> 8.
