On August 3, 2015, Sunrise submitted construction plans. On February 17, 2016, the <br /> Engineering Department issued an encroachment permit for off-site improvements <br /> (work within the public right-of-way and public easements); on March 3, 2016, the <br /> Building Division issued a building permit for the on-site improvements (work on the <br /> project site). <br /> All off-site and on-site improvements have been constructed and the public <br /> improvements are ready for acceptance. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Construction of Off-Site Improvements <br /> The off-site improvements included construction of: <br /> • Approximately 500 linear feet of 5-foot wide sidewalk, one curb ramp, one fire <br /> hydrant, and one sanitary sewer manhole on the Pleasant Hill Road frontage; <br /> and <br /> • Approximately 80 linear feet of 7-foot wide sidewalk, one curb ramp, and one fire <br /> hydrant on the Foothill Road frontage. <br /> Construction of On-Site Improvements <br /> The on-site improvements included construction of one building, totaling approximately <br /> 64,400 square feet, private sanitary sewer and water laterals, private storm drain <br /> system, including bioswales and an underground detention system, and related private <br /> improvements. <br /> The public improvements and private improvements will be operated and maintained by <br /> the City and the property owner, respectively. <br /> Staff has inspected the work and determined that all public improvements have been <br /> constructed in compliance with the approved plans and are ready for acceptance. <br /> Submitted by: Fiscal Review: Approve by: <br /> t //7 <br /> Stephen patrick ' Tina Olson Nelson Fialho <br /> Director of Engineering Director of Finance City Manager <br /> Attachment: <br /> 1.
