New Commission and Committee Members Oaths of Office <br /> Mayor Thorne introduced new Commissioners Gokul Deep, Committee on Energy and the <br /> Environment Youth Member; Harshkumar Gohil, Economic Vitality Committee - Medical Services; <br /> Anthony Soby, Housing Commission; Susan Hayes, Janeen Rubino Brumm and Joe Carlucci, <br /> Human Services Commission; Fern Skowlund, Michaela Hertle, Sonia Rai, Cindi Sabatini and <br /> Sanjana Parikh, Library Commission; Nancy Allen and Justin Brown, Planning Commission; Kate <br /> Inman, Youth Commission. <br /> City Clerk Karen Diaz administered the Oaths of Office. <br /> 10. Public Comment <br /> Lara Calvert, Spectrum Community Services, noted her organization provides Meals-on-Wheels <br /> services in the Tri-Valley.
