Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> Recording requested Pursuant to <br /> Government Code Sections <br /> 27383&6103 <br /> PREANNEXATION AND PROVISION OF WATER AND SEWERAGE <br /> FACILITIES AND SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> This Preannexation and Provision of Water and Sewerage Facilities and Service <br /> Agreement (the "Agreement") is made , 2018 between the City of <br /> Pleasanton, a municipal corporation (the "City") and Arthur Balizan (the "Owner"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Owner is the owner of certain real property commonly known as 6409 Alisal <br /> Street (APN 949-0007-004-01), Pleasanton, CA, and more particularly described in <br /> Exhibit A (the "Property") and incorporated by this reference. <br /> B. Owner wishes to remove the existing septic system on the Property and instead <br /> connect the existing home on the Property to the City's sanitary sewer system, even <br /> though Owner currently lives in the Happy Valley area of Alameda County and not <br /> within the corporate limits of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> C. Owner wishes to connect the Property to City water system when the existing <br /> well fails to function properly. <br /> D. Generally, City policy requires property to be annexed prior to extending such <br /> City utility services. <br /> E. Owner is willing to annex the Property either as part of a larger annexation or as <br /> part of a smaller annexation involving other property contiguous to the City. <br /> F. City is willing to extend its water and sanitary sewer service to the Property only if <br /> there are assurances that the Property will not be further subdivided without City <br /> approval, any new residence and any future additions to structures on the Property are <br /> subject to City review and approval of the design, Owner pays all required fees, and <br /> approvals from other agencies are received. <br />
