SECTION 3. Authorizes the property owner to file applications with LAFCo for its <br /> consideration of an out-of-area service agreement and with LAVWMA for its approval of <br /> service outside of jurisdictional limits, for the City to provide water and sanitary sewer <br /> service to the existing residence located at 6409 Alisal Street after receipt of the requisite <br /> filing fees. <br /> SECTION 4.
