This letter is <br /> to inform you that your permit application is incomplete under the provisions of 33 C.F.R. §§ <br /> 325.1(d) and that the information identified below must be provided to this office in order to <br /> continue our review and evaluation of your project. <br /> c <br /> The project proposes to filr533 linear feet of potentially jurisdictional waters of the U.S. <br /> This amount of fill exceeds the-authorized amount by the Corps under a Clean Water Act(CWA) <br /> Section 404 Nationwide Permit(NWP). This project would require a CWA Section 404 <br /> Individual Permit. For projects that require a Section 404 Individual Permit, the Corps requires <br /> that the applicant submit a CWA Section 404(b)(1) Alternatives Analysis that clearly <br /> demonstrates that there is no feasible way to avoid the proposed fill of potentially jurisdictional <br /> waters of the U.S' <br /> Please provide the requested information within thirty(30)days from the date of this letter or <br /> let us know if you need an extension. For purposes of workload management, we will need to <br /> withdraw your permit application from active processing if we do not hear from you within 30 <br /> days. Once the application is determined to be complete, we may request additional information <br /> necessary to comply with Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act, Section 305(b)(2)of the <br /> Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, and Section 106 of the National <br /> Historic Preservation Act. <br />
