Award of design contract October 2018 <br /> Complete Design and Bid Project June 2019 <br /> Approval of Plans and Specifications and Award of Contract August 2019 <br /> Estimated Start of Construction October 2019 <br /> Estimated End of Construction March 2020 <br /> Although this schedule shows the award for the construction contract in August 2019, we <br /> will attempt to get this designed and out to bid sooner, in order to award the construction <br /> contract earlier.
