CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 680 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 10 OF CHAPTER 1, TITLE II, i! AND ARTICLE 6 OF CHAPTER 2, TITLE I, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RELATING TO PARK !! DEDICATION LAND AND FEE REQUIREMENTS AND TAXATION OF CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS AND MOBILE HOME LOTS, RESPECTIVELY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I I li Subsections a and b of ~2-4.28 of Article 10, Chapter 1, !i ~!Title II, of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is ~hereby amended so as to provide as follows: "S2-4.28 Parks: Principles and Standards. As a Ii condition of approval of a final subdivision map, the subdivider shall dedicate land, pay a fee in lieu thereof, or both, at the option of the City, for neighborhood park or recreational purposes according to the following standards: i a. Land. Land shall be dedicated to the City at the following rates and ratios for each 100 lots i in the subdivision: Housing Type and Acres/100 Lots '~ Building Site Area or Dwelling Units !i R-1 (Single Family) ~i 6500 to 40,000 2.00 !, R-M (Multi-Family) 4000 1.70 ~ R-M (Multi-Family) 2500 1.80 ii R-M (Multi-Family) 2000 1.60 !~ R-M (Multi-Family) 1500 and under 1 50 ~ Mobile Home Lot 1.50 ii In the event that multiple dwellings are permitted ~ within the subdivision, then the maximum number of ~ such dwelling units allowable in the subdivision together with the number of single family or mobile ~ home lots therein shall be used as the multiple· i~ In the event the area dedicated herein is bounded or ~ abutted by street frontage, an additional sum shall ~! be payable equal to the cost of the improvement ~i thereof with curb, gutter, drains, lights, sidewalk, ~ matching pavement and street trees to full City !!
