To be conservative, new development's share of the responsibility for funding these <br /> bicycle improvements was set at 17 percent, as this factor was previously described. <br /> Citywide Supporting Infrastructure Upgrades <br /> The project list includes two projects involving upgrades to citywide supporting infrastructure, <br /> such as traffic signal equipment and traffic operations center hardware.
