order to extend the interim zoning on this property for an addi- tional one year; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The provisions of Ordinance 698 as they relate to property shown on Zoning Unit Map No. 133 (Qualified Invest- ments property), dated June 20, 1973, are hereby extended for a period of one year. Section 2. The provisions of Ordinance No. 698 as they re- late to Assessor's Parcel Number 946-2577-5-14, as shown on Zoning Unit Map No. %40 (Mission Park property) dated July 3, 1974, are hereby extended for one year. Section 3. This ordinance is declared to be adopted pursuan~ to ~65858 of the Government Code of the State of California and is necessary and required to protect the public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City of Pleasanton for the reason stated above. Section 4. This ordinance shall be of force and effect immediately upon its passage and adoption and shall be of no fur- ther force and effect one year from the date of its adoption there- of unless extended as provided by law, or unless, prior to expira- tion, permanent zoning districts are established with respect to the properties herein described. Section 5. If any section, subsection, subdivision, para- graph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or any part thereof is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not effect the viability of the remaining portion of this ordinance or any part thereof The City Council hereby declares that it would have passed each section, subsection, sub- division, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase thereof irrespec- tive of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be declare, unconstitutional. -2-
