2. Section 303(a) is amended to read as follows: 'Section 303(a) Building Permit Fees. A fee for each building permit shall be paid to the City prior to the issuance of the permit. Said fee shall be in an amount included in a Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges For Various Munici- pal Services. The determination of value or valuation under any of the provisions of this Code shall be made by the Building Official. The valuation to be used in computing the permit and plan-check fees shall be the total value of all construction work for ! which the permit is issued, as well as all finish · work, painting, roofing, plumbing, heating, air- !1 conditioning, elevators, fire-extinquishing systems and any other permanent work or permanent equipment.~ ! Where work for which a permit is required by this ! Code is started or proceeded without obtaining said permit, the fees specified shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not re- lieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this Code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein. 3. Section 303(b) is amended to read as follows: 'Section 303(b) Plan-checking Fees. A plan checkingl are incomplete, or changed so as to require addi- tional plan checking, an additional plan-check fee shall be charged at a rate established by the Building Official. ' 4. Section 303(d) is amended to read as follows: i ' Section 303 (d) Reinspection Fee. The fee for each reinspection shall be an amount set forth in a ,i Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges For Various Municipal Services. ' 5. Section 1601 (a) is amended to read as follows: 'Section 1601(a) Fire Zones Defined. For the pur- poses. of this Code, the entire City is hereby de- ~ clared to be and is hereby established a Fire Dis- ~i trict and said Fire District shall be known and ~i designated as Fire Zones One, Two and Three. Fire Zone One shall include the area bounded by Main ~l Street and a line parallel to and 100 feet northerly I of the centerline of Division Street.
