The public improvements and private improvements will be maintained and operated by
the City and the property owner, respectively.
Staff has inspected the work and determined that all public improvements have been
constructed in compliance with the off-site public improvement agreement and are
ready for acceptance.
Summary Vacation of Public Service Easements
As noted in the background, the approved PUD plan provided for the articulation of
architectural features for the proposed buildings that encroach onto minor portions of
the existing public service easements (PSE) on Stoneridge Drive and El Charro Road
frontage. Staff has determined that these minor portions of the PSE are no longer
needed and may be vacated.
Staff has reviewed the plats and legal descriptions for vacating the PSEs that were
provided by consultant. See Attachment 3 for the plats and legal descriptions.
Notification was mailed to the utility companies providing them with a 30 day opportunity
to request that the City reserve a private utility easement. None of the utility companies
have requested private utility easements.
Submitted by: Fiscal R view: Approved
Stephen ' kpatrick Tina Olson Nelson Fialho
Director of Engineering Director of Finance City Manager
Attachment:
1.
