purchase and install the CDS. Installation will entail excavation in the said public service <br /> easement at Koll Center, installing a diversion box and the CDS unit in-line with the 60- <br /> inch storm drain, backfilling the excavation, and repairing the easement to pre- <br /> construction conditions.
