The limits referred to in Section 20.105 (a) of the Uniform Fire Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petro leum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: All zoning districts except I-G (General Industrial) District. Section 6. ESTABLISHmeNT OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING AGENTS IS TO BE PROHIBITED. The limits referred to in Section 11.106(b) of the Uniform Fire Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: All zoning districts. Section 7. AMENDMENTS MADE IN THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE. The Uniform Fire Code is amended and changed in the following respects= Section 1.215 is deleted in its entirety. Section 8. APPEALS. (a) Whenever the Fire Chief, or his duly authorized re presentative~ shall disapprove an application or refuse to grant a permit applied for, or when it is claimed that the provisions of the Code or this chapter do not apply or that the true intent or meaning of the Code have been miscontrued or wrongly interpreted, or there is a dispute as to the suitability of alternate materials and types of construction~ then the applicant may appeal from the decision of the Fire Chief to the City Manager of the City of Pleasanton within 30 days from the date of the decision appealed. Such appeal shall be in writing and the City Manager shall within 30 days of ~he receipt of the appeal and by written notice to the applicant either uphold~ reverse or modify the decision of the Fire Chief.
