ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS IN WHICH BULK <br /> STORAGE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS <br /> TO BE RESTRICTED. <br /> <br /> The limits referred to in Section 20.105 (a) of the <br />Uniform Fire Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petro <br />leum gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> All zoning districts except I-G (General Industrial) <br /> District. <br /> <br /> Section 6. ESTABLISHmeNT OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN <br /> WHICH STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES AND BLASTING <br /> AGENTS IS TO BE PROHIBITED. <br /> <br /> The limits referred to in Section 11.106(b) of the <br />Uniform Fire Code, in which storage of explosives and blasting <br />agents is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> All zoning districts. <br /> <br /> Section 7. AMENDMENTS MADE IN THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE. <br /> <br />The Uniform Fire Code is amended and changed in the <br />following respects= Section 1.215 is deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br /> Section 8. APPEALS. <br /> <br /> (a) Whenever the Fire Chief, or his duly authorized re <br /> presentative~ shall disapprove an application or refuse to <br /> grant a permit applied for, or when it is claimed that the <br /> provisions of the Code or this chapter do not apply or <br /> that the true intent or meaning of the Code have been <br /> miscontrued or wrongly interpreted, or there is a dispute <br /> as to the suitability of alternate materials and types of <br /> construction~ then the applicant may appeal from the <br /> decision of the Fire Chief to the City Manager of the <br /> City of Pleasanton within 30 days from the date of the <br /> decision appealed. Such appeal shall be in writing and <br /> the City Manager shall within 30 days of ~he receipt of <br /> the appeal and by written notice to the applicant either <br /> uphold~ reverse or modify the decision of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> <br />
