open to members and nonmembers of the Fire Department, and <br />appointments made after examination shall be for an in,- <br />definite term with removal only for cause. <br /> <br />Section 3. DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />(a) Wherever the word '~jurisdiction" is used in the <br />Uniform Fire Code, it shall be held to mean the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />(b) Wherever the term "Corporation Council~' is used in <br />the Uniform Fire Code, it shall be held to mean the City <br />Attorney for the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />(c) Wherever the term "Bureau of Fire Prevention" is used <br />in the Uniform Fire Code it shall be deemed to mean the <br />division of the Fire Department of the City of Pleasanton <br />charged with responsibility for fire inspection and en~-- <br />forcement of the Fire Code. <br /> <br />(c) Wherever the term "Fire Marshal," "Fire Prevention <br />Engineer," or '~Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention" is <br />used in the Uniform Fire Code it shall be deemed to mean <br />the Fire Prevention Officer. <br /> <br />Section 4. ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN WHICH <br /> STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE OR COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS <br /> IN OUTSIDE ABOVE-GROUND TANKS IS TO BE PROHIB- <br /> ITED. <br /> <br />(a) The limits referred to in Section 15.201 of the <br />Uniform Fire Code in which storage of flammable or com- <br />bustible liquids in outside above-~ground tanks is pro- <br />hibited, are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> All zoning districts except "A'~ (Agricultural) <br /> Districts in which written permission is granted. <br /> <br />(b) The limits referred to in Section 15.601 of the <br />Uniform Fire Coded in which new bulk plants for flammable <br />or combustible liquids are prohibited, are hereby estab.- <br />lished as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
