The Framework presents ten Guiding Principles, highlights nine <br /> planning and policy documents and identifies goals and strategies that guide advocacy <br /> efforts on behalf of the City's interests in these areas. <br /> Any issue or pending or possible legislation that is outside the scope of the Legislative <br /> Framework will be brought to the City Council for approval before a position is taken. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> It is recommended that the City Council approve the City of Pleasanton Legislative <br /> Framework and participation in the Coalition to End Homelessness. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no financial impact. <br />
