THE CITY OF <br /> 12 <br /> TON <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> p L£ASANTON <br /> June 19, 2018 <br /> Engineering <br /> TITLE: ACCEPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 7660 (THREE OAKS) <br /> LOCATED AT 1944 VINEYARD AVENUE <br /> SUMMARY <br /> PUD-05-01M (Three Oaks) created 10 single-family lots, five parcels and a public street <br /> on an approximately 20-acre site located at 1944 Vineyard Avenue. The property is <br /> located as shown on Attachment 1 . All subdivision improvements have been <br /> constructed and the public improvements are ready for acceptance. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1 . Accept the public improvements constructed with Tract 7660 for normal <br /> maintenance. <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There will be a minimal increase to the budget for the maintenance of public <br /> improvements. Tax revenue generally covers the increased cost to provide services and <br /> maintain infrastructure. <br />
