(SummerHill), entered into a deferred
improvement agreement (see Attachment 3) on July 25, 2000 that provided for:
• Payment of their pro-rata share for the public sanitary sewer and water main
extension costs associated with Tract 7143; and
• A surety bond guaranteeing they would acquire public service easements for the
public sanitary sewer and water main extension on Alameda County
Fairgrounds' property.
On July 26, 2000, SummerHill paid their pro-rata share of $70,128.00 and posted a
surety bond with the City in an amount of $60,000.
Additionally, the developers of Tract 7002, Tract 7534, Tract 8139 and Parcel Map
10537, paid their pro-rata share for the sanitary sewer and water extension to Valley
Avenue.
