The City Council incorporates by reference the findings <br /> determinations and conditions made and established by the <br /> Planning Commission in their Resolution No. 1265, includ- <br /> ing the recommendations as to the various land uses which <br /> may be developed on the property as indicated on the final <br /> <br /> development plan· <br />!~Section 4.
