CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 719 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 136, AND AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE <br /> REZONING OF fERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> APPROXIMATELY 5.8 ACRES IN SIZE, FROM PUD (PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT, ZONING MAP #125, ORDINANCE 677) DISTRICT <br /> AND PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, ZONING MAP NO. 131, <br /> ORDINANCE 687) DISTRICT TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) <br /> DISTRICT, ZONING UNIT MAP NO. 136 <br />~WHEREAS, Valley Realty Company applied for rezoning of certain <br /> property located at the northwest corner of the inter- <br /> section of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road to Planned <br /> Unit Development (PUD-73-2); and <br /> <br />i~WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of <br /> Novemker 14, 1973 reviewed the final development plan for <br /> the property adn adopted Resolution No. 1265, recommending <br /> final zoning of a portion of the property to Planned Unit <br /> Development subject to certain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final development plan as recommended by the Planning <br /> Commission sets forth various uses to which the property <br /> being zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) District will <br /> be developed in the proposed PUD, including C-F, C-N, <br /> C-S, and O, the exact locations of said uses being speci- <br /> fied on the final development plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a public hearing held at their meeting on <br /> December 10, 1973; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 5.8 acres in size <br /> owned by Valley Realty Company, generally located at the <br /> northwest corner of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road is <br /> hereby rezoned from PUD (Planned Unit Development, Zoning <br /> Map #125, Ordinance No 677) District and PUD (Planned <br /> Unit Development, Zoning Map #131, Ordinance No. 687) <br /> District to land use PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> <br /> <br />
