j. Signs dealing with candidates for political <br /> office, so long as those signs are not <br /> erected on public property or public <br /> rights-of-way and are placed on private <br /> property only with the owner's approval <br /> . <br /> Said political signs shall not be erected <br /> any sooner than the last day of filing <br /> nomination papers for the election to which <br /> they pertain and shall be removed within <br /> seven (7) days following said election. <br /> <br />~iSection 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> <br /> after its final passage and adoption. <br />'lSection 4.
