Ordinance No. 2179 <br /> Page 14 of 16 <br /> require a copy of to verify compliance with this chapter, and shall be the applicant for <br /> any permit issued under this chapter. <br /> Sections 19.16.030, 19.16.050, 19.16.090, 19.20.130, 19.20.140, and 19.22.070 are <br /> amended as follows, and a new Section 19.16.075 is added as follows: <br /> 19.16.030 Application. The subdivider of a parcel map shall file an application with the <br /> community development director on a form prescribed by the city, and shall include all <br /> required fees, information and materials required in the application. An application for a <br /> parcel map may be accompanied by an application for growth management unit <br /> allocation as provided in Section 17.36.080. <br /> 19.16.050 Conditions of approval. The following requirements may be imposed as a <br /> condition of approval of a parcel map or lot splits: <br /> A. Dedication of utility easements; <br /> B. Proof that there are adequate utilities for the proposed use of the land, such as <br /> an adequate water supply, adequate sanitary sewer facilities and adequate drainage <br /> facilities; <br /> C. Dedication of streets or rights-of-way for widening or other public purposes; <br /> D. Payment of applicable fees for parkland or other public purposes. <br /> 19.16.075 Expiration and Time Extension. <br /> A. Parcel map approval shall expire twenty-four (24) months after approval or <br /> conditional approval of the parcel map, or such longer time as mandated by the <br /> Subdivision Map Act (see Government Code Section 66463.5). <br /> B. Prior to the expiration of the tentative parcel map, the subdivider may apply for an <br /> extension. <br /> 1 . The first application may be for an extension of up to twenty-four (24) months. <br /> 2. Up to four (4) subsequent applications may be made for extensions of twelve <br /> (12) months each. <br /> 3. A cumulative total of six (6) years of extensions may be granted as provided <br /> in Subsections 1 and 2, above. <br /> 4. Extensions granted pursuant to this section similarly extend any city <br /> legislative, administrative or other approval that pertains to a development project <br /> included in the parcel map if such approval has not expired when a complete application <br /> for extension was submitted. <br />
