The following private improvements serving The Mason <br /> will be operated and maintained by its owner: <br /> • The private streets (labeled on the improvement plans as Fairhaven Place, Old <br /> Barn Loop, Stonegate Place, Old Sawmill Way, Surry Place, Old Pasture Way, <br /> Forge Court, Meeting House Way, Sale Meadow Way, Somerset Way) and the <br /> following improvements located within these private streets: sanitary sewer <br /> laterals, storm drain systems, bio-swales, fire hydrants, street lights, landscaping <br /> and irrigation, and related improvements constructed to serve Lot 98. <br /> • All the improvements located on Lot A, including but not limited to, landscaping <br /> and irrigation, the bocce ball court, the playground equipment, and the swimming <br /> pool and appurtenances. <br /> • All the improvements located on Lot B, including landscaping and irrigation and <br /> the perimeter wall. <br /> See Attachment 2 for the street layout. <br /> Bio-swales <br /> The bio-swales that front single-family homes on public streets are located within private <br /> storm drain easements and will be operated and maintained by the individual lot owners <br /> as provided for in the CC&Rs.
