S4-7.95, Additional Rules, is hereby added to Article <br /> 2, Chapter 5, Title IV of the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "S4-7.95 Additional Rules. The Director is hereby <br /> authorized to provide from time to time <br /> such other and further rules and regulation <br /> <br /> ties under the intent and purposes as set <br /> forth in this chapter and which shall, upon <br /> adoption thereof by the City Council, by <br /> resolution, have the same force and effect <br /> as the provisions of this chapter." <br /> <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> <br /> after its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 6.
