2. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 18-1007 authorizing submittal of application to <br /> CalRecycle for Beverage Container Recycling City/County Payment Program for FY 2017/18 <br /> 3. Accepted the 2017-2018 City Council Work Plan Mid-Term Progress Update <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Approve an agreement with Independent Code Consultants Inc. to provide on-call building and <br /> fire code plan review and permit counter services <br /> 6. Pulled from the Consent Calendar and moved to the regular agenda as Item 19 — Introduce <br /> an ordinance to amend Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 9.04 Noise Regulations to delete <br /> Section 9.04.045 Leaf blowers, thereby subjecting leaf blowers to general noise time restrictions <br /> and decibel limits <br /> Engineering <br /> 7. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with <br /> Biggs Cardosa Associates Structual Engineering in the amount of $93,917 to evaluate the <br /> feasibility of constructing a second bridge to serve eastbound Bernal Avenue traffic across the <br /> Arroyo Da La Laguna <br /> 8. Accepted public improvements performed by Goodland Landscape Construction, Inc., for the two <br /> new lighted tennis courts at the Tennis and Community Park, CIP Project No. 14731; authorized <br /> the City Clerk to file a Notice of Complete, the release of retention in the amount of $42,693.83 <br /> and the retrun of$6,910 to the Park Dedication Fee Fund balance <br /> Finance <br /> 9. Accepted the monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for February 2018 <br /> Fire <br /> 10. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the <br /> American Red Cross defining working relationship in preparing for, responding to, and recovering <br /> from emergencies and disasters <br /> 11. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 18-1008. declaring that weeds, dirt, rubbish <br /> and refuse upon or in front of certain properties constitute a public nuisance requiring abatement <br /> and setting April 17, 2018 as the date for the public hearing regarding abatement <br /> Police <br /> 12. Approved special event street closures for calendar year 2018 <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Brown/Narum to approve the consent calendar as submitted and as <br /> noted.
