ATTACHMENT#1 <br /> Contract#: 2018402 <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This Second Amendment to Agreement("Second Amendment") is entered into this 7th day of March <br /> 2018 by the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation("City") and Lehr(formerly doing business as <br /> Pursuit North) ("Contractor"). <br /> Whereas, on February 1, 2014 the City and Pursuit North entered into an"Agreement for police <br /> vehicle outfitting services" ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas, the First Amendment to this contract, entered on 31St day of January 2016, extended <br /> the Term to January 31, 2018; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to extend the term of the agreement for vehicle outfitting services for <br /> one additional year; <br /> Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties desire to extend the agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Section 2 of the "Agreement for vehicle outfitting services"is amended to read: <br /> The term of this Agreement is amended to extend the "Agreement for vehicle outfitting <br /> services"until January 31, 2019. <br /> 2. For the year ending in January 31, 2019, the Agreement is amended to include a CPI <br /> increase of 2.7%, using October 2017 as a base month to the labor and equipment rates <br /> reflected in Exhibit A of the Agreement. <br /> 3.
