ATTACHMENT#1 Contract#: 2018402 SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This Second Amendment to Agreement("Second Amendment") is entered into this 7th day of March 2018 by the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation("City") and Lehr(formerly doing business as Pursuit North) ("Contractor"). Whereas, on February 1, 2014 the City and Pursuit North entered into an"Agreement for police vehicle outfitting services" ("Agreement"); and Whereas, the First Amendment to this contract, entered on 31St day of January 2016, extended the Term to January 31, 2018; and Whereas,the parties desire to extend the term of the agreement for vehicle outfitting services for one additional year; Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties desire to extend the agreement as follows: 1. Section 2 of the "Agreement for vehicle outfitting services"is amended to read: The term of this Agreement is amended to extend the "Agreement for vehicle outfitting services"until January 31, 2019. 2. For the year ending in January 31, 2019, the Agreement is amended to include a CPI increase of 2.7%, using October 2017 as a base month to the labor and equipment rates reflected in Exhibit A of the Agreement. 3. In all other respects the terms and provisions of the "Agreement for vehicle outfitting services" dated January 31, 2016 are to continue in full force and effect. In witness whereof, authorized representatives of the parties have executed this Second Amendment to the Agreement as of the date and year first above written.
