Lions Wayside/Delucchi Transportation/Traffic Project <br /> Park Master Plan— <br /> Permitting <br /> Development of final design and construction documents for the parks master plan is <br /> pending state and federal permitting to underground the "channel" at Lions Wayside <br /> Park. Hacienda Design Commercial <br /> Guidelines <br /> The last comprehensive update to the Hacienda Regulations and Design Guidelines <br /> (Design Guidelines) was approved by the City in 1994. The Design Guidelines are being <br /> updated to make them more user friendly in terms of organization, readability and <br /> graphic presentation. The update will incorporate the City's Housing Site Development <br /> Standards and Design Guidelines, the Transit Oriented Development Standards and <br /> Design Guidelines, and the new Hacienda Landscape Design Guidelines that have been <br /> developed to help conserve water. The updates to the Hacienda Regulations and Design <br /> Guidelines will focus entirely on consolidating current guidelines into one document and <br /> will not change any development intensities, development standards or parking <br /> requirements. <br /> • Status Under Review <br /> • Next Steps/Details: Awaiting completion of Hacienda PUD update. <br /> Application not yet submitted.
