The total amount noted at left is a conservative estimate based on <br /> Pub. Svcs. $ 40,500 $ 49,757 last year's allocation as well as "unallocated" funds from previous years <br /> Administration $ 54,000 $ 66,343 and reflects the maximum 15% of the grant that can be used for public <br /> services and maximum 20% of the grant that can be used for <br /> administration. The funds allocated for Capital Project includes the <br /> Section 108 Loan repayment amount of$23,539. <br /> City Gen. Fund $199,251 $206,379 An increase from last year based on 3.58%increase in the City's General <br /> Human Svcs. Fund per policy adopted in 2009. <br /> HOME: The City has not yet been notified of its HOME Program allocation for FY <br /> Activities $ 70,000 $ 83,034 2018/19. The amount at left is a conservative estimate based on last <br /> Administration $ 5,213 year's allocation. $83,034 will be allocated to HOME-eligible activities <br /> while$5,213 (5%)will be allocated for administration. <br /> LIHF $140,000 $ 67,000 This reflects the amount available and recommended for funding based <br /> on the applications received. The amount of LIHF has historically varied <br /> based on the availability of CDBG to fund housing services.A discussion <br /> of historical funding for LIHF is included in this report. <br /> Total $679,251 $693,342 <br /> Applications were received from a variety of agencies targeting a wide range of <br /> community needs and which demonstrated the broad scope of services provided to the <br /> Pleasanton community.
