Contract#2017552 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This First Amendment to Agreement("First Amendment") is entered into this 22nd day of December <br /> 2017 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and Accounting Principals, Inc., dba Ajilon Professional <br /> Staffing ("Contractor"). <br /> Whereas, on December 21, 2016, the City and Accounting Principals, Inc. entered into a <br /> Professional Services Agreement for providing temporary staffing services ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend the Agreement for an additional eighteen months through <br /> June 30, 2019 and increase the amount of the agreement to a not-to-exceed value of$250,000. <br /> Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 3 of the Agreement, " Terms" is amended to read: <br /> The term of the Agreement is extended for eighteen months through June 30, 2019; <br /> 2. Section 4 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended to read: <br /> The compensation for services and reimbursement for costs is increasing by $150,000 for <br /> a new total compensation amount of$250,000.00. <br /> 3.
